About the job

Aquablu B.V. is looking for a Creative Director to define and execute the creative vision for the brand. You will work across brand, campaigns, products, digital, packaging, and partnerships, ensuring consistency across all teams and markets. Collaboration with the CEO, Marketing, and Product teams is key in this role.

What you will do

Define the creative vision for the brand
Execute creative work across brand, campaigns, products, digital, packaging, and partnerships
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all teams and markets
Collaborate with CEO, Marketing, and Product on creative direction

What you bring

5+ years experience owning creative direction across brand, product, and marketing
Strategic creative with taste and judgment
Hands-on from concept to final production
Experience with physical products
Fluent across digital, hardware, and B2C
Fast and self-sufficient

Nice to have

B2B experience
Excited about AI as a creative tool
