Via Amsterdam is looking for a Crew Member for the Front Office to be the first point of contact for guests. In this role, you will ensure a warm welcome and smooth stay for visitors from around the world. You will be part of a dynamic, international team in the heart of Amsterdam.
What you will do
- Welcome guests and set a positive tone
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, calls, and guest inquiries
- Share local tips about Amsterdam
- Promote in-house events
- Do basic front office administration
- Monitor lobby and surrounding areas
