About the job
Get-e is looking for a Global Hotel Operations Specialist to manage hotel bookings and supplier relations across a worldwide network. You will support crew accommodation logistics and ensure accuracy in booking systems while working in Hoofddorp.
What you will do
- Manage hotel bookings, room allotments, and rate/availability across a global hotel network
- Liaise directly with hotel suppliers to resolve availability conflicts, rate discrepancies, and last-minute changes
- Monitor cut-off dates, no-show/cancellation policies, and contract terms to avoid service or cost exposure
- Support crew accommodation logistics including duty-of-care requirements
- Perform quality checks on booking details and hotel data accuracy in systems
- Communicate with clients and hotel partners across multiple channels
What you bring
- Fluent English speaker
- Prior experience in hotel operations, reservations, or hospitality strongly preferred
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working
Nice to have
- Additional languages
- Familiarity with hotel PMS, channel manager, or GDS/OTA booking systems
- Understanding of hotel industry terms and mechanics
- Hospitality/hotel management background
