About the job

Airapps in Amsterdam is looking for a CRM Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing CRM workflows, and optimizing customer engagement through data-driven strategies.

What you will do

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences
Manage and optimize CRM workflows and segmentation
Work with CRM platforms to improve campaign performance
Track and analyze email metrics and customer engagement
Optimize email templates and conduct A/B testing
Implement behavioral triggers and automation workflows

What you bring

Around 3+ years of experience in CRM management or email marketing
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Klaviyo
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and automation
Experience with A/B testing and personalization strategies
Knowledge of lead scoring and customer journey mapping
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools

Nice to have

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting
