What you will do

Assist researchers with data collection, checking, curating, and structuring
Contribute to standardizing and automating data flows for multiple studies

What you bring

BSc or MSc in biomedical science related field
Experience with data management including validation checks and summary statistics
Experience with Electronic Data Capturing systems
Programming skills in bash, R, or Python
Experience with creating and using databases (Mongo, SQL)
Design and implementation of sustainable, standardized data workflows

Nice to have

Experience with clinical trials or translational research studies
Previous data management experience in a hospital setting
Experience with digital pathology/radiology systems and data models
Experience with biobank systems and data models
Knowledge of FAIR principles and metadata standards

What you get

Year contract for 36 hours per week with possibility of extension
144 holiday hours and 57 hours Personal Life Budget per year
Annual holiday pay of 8.33% and fixed end-of-year bonus of 8.33%
