Flow Traders is seeking a Digital Assets Trader to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop and optimize trading strategies for both CeFi and DeFi markets while managing risk around the clock. You will collaborate with global teams to improve execution and trading infrastructure.

What you will do

Develop and optimize trading strategies for CeFi and DeFi markets
Monitor and manage risk of digital asset strategies around the clock
Identify and exploit market inefficiencies across exchanges and protocols
Collaborate with global teams to improve execution and trading infrastructure
Contribute research and insights to enhance team performance

What you bring

Minimum 3 years of professional trading experience at a leading firm
Proven track record of generating profit from own strategies in production
Experience in low-latency CeFi trading or on-chain DeFi trading
Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
Strong quantitative skills with programming in Python or SQL
