As the Digital Performance Manager & AI Manager for the EMEA region, you will drive digital marketing and AI initiatives for a global leader in protein snacks. Based in Amsterdam, this hybrid role combines data-driven campaign optimization with the creation of AI-generated content.
What you will do
- Conduct consumer and market research to understand audience segments and trends
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Collect and analyze social media and marketing data for insights
- Develop performance reports and dashboards measuring ROI and engagement
- Support consumer experience initiatives and testing
- Create and optimize AI-generated digital content and assets
What you bring
- 3-5 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics
- Experience in social media management and content scheduling
- Experience in market research and data analysis
- Basic project coordination experience
- Proficiency in data analytics and BI tools
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools
