Jack Link's Protein Snacks is looking for a Senior Manager to lead SAP architecture and IT delivery across EMEA, APAC, and MASA. In this role, you will drive the regional SAP roadmap and manage solution delivery from planning through support transition.

What you will do

Lead SAP solution architecture and delivery across EMEA, APAC, MASA
Plan and execute regional SAP roadmap
Collaborate with business and IT teams on demand management
Coach and develop team members
Govern integration between SAP and other platforms
Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and support transition

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
10+ years of SAP experience (ECC and S/4HANA)
5+ years in SAP solution or enterprise architecture role
Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations
Experience rolling out global SAP template to multiple regions
7+ years leading and mentoring global, distributed, and offshore teams

Nice to have

Master's degree or MBA
