Europe IP Manager
About the job
Eva Pharma is looking for a Europe IP Manager to lead intellectual property strategy across the region. In this role, you will manage patent portfolios and support business development in the pharmaceutical sector.
What you will do
- Define and execute European IP strategy
- Manage patent filings, prosecution, maintenance, and renewals
- Conduct patent invalidation studies and prepare oppositions
- Assess patent landscapes and competitive positioning
- Support business development in deal evaluation, due diligence, and negotiations
- Review and negotiate IP clauses in licensing, supply, and confidentiality agreements
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology
- 10+ years of IP management experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Proficiency in European IP laws
- Experience handling European IP portfolios
- Hands-on experience supporting B2B pharmaceutical deals
- Strategic thinking and strong execution capability
