Kraft Heinz is looking for a Manager to lead the Business Cycle & Market Intelligence team within Global Supply Chain & Procurement Finance in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide a small team of analysts and develop financial models to support forecasting and budgeting. You will analyze data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
Provide strategic insights to senior management
Streamline financial processes and tools through automation

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Experience in supply chain finance or related areas
Proven leadership and team management skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools
Fluent English proficiency

Nice to have

Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification
Experience with financial planning software like Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, or Anaplan
Knowledge of supply chain concepts
