As an Experimentalist in Catalyst Development at EVERIENCE, you will perform hands-on lab experiments to synthesize and optimize catalyst formulations. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to translate lab recipes into scalable manufacturing processes.

What you will do

Perform hands-on laboratory experiments for catalyst synthesis and preparation
Develop and optimize catalyst formulations and preparation recipes
Prepare prototype catalyst samples for refining and chemical applications
Improve catalyst preparation methods for reproducibility and quality
Translate laboratory recipes into scalable manufacturing processes
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and production teams

What you bring

HBO degree in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field
Practical laboratory experience in chemical synthesis or materials preparation
Understanding of laboratory procedures and experimental techniques
Accurate, structured, and hands-on approach to laboratory work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have

Experience with solid materials, inorganic compounds, powders or catalysts
Understanding of process development and lab-to-industrial scale-up
Knowledge of catalyst synthesis, heterogeneous catalysis, zeolites, or refining
