As an Experimentalist in Catalyst Development at EVERIENCE, you will perform hands-on lab experiments to synthesize and optimize catalyst formulations. You will work closely with scientists and engineers to translate lab recipes into scalable manufacturing processes.

- Perform hands-on laboratory experiments for catalyst synthesis and preparation
- Develop and optimize catalyst formulations and preparation recipes
- Prepare prototype catalyst samples for refining and chemical applications
- Improve catalyst preparation methods for reproducibility and quality
- Translate laboratory recipes into scalable manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and production teams
Wat je meebrengt
- HBO degree in Applied Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field
- Practical laboratory experience in chemical synthesis or materials preparation
- Understanding of laboratory procedures and experimental techniques
- Accurate, structured, and hands-on approach to laboratory work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with solid materials, inorganic compounds, powders or catalysts
- Understanding of process development and lab-to-industrial scale-up
- Knowledge of catalyst synthesis, heterogeneous catalysis, zeolites, or refining
