What you will do
- Support daily coordination of housekeeping department
- Attend morning briefing with housekeeping manager and supervisors
- Review priorities such as arrivals, departures, long-stay guests, and special requests
- Check rooms and support the team on the floor
- Solve operational challenges like room readiness and guest requests
- Communicate with external staff and supervisors to ensure standards
