The July, a new apartment-hotel in Amsterdam, is seeking a General Manager to lead its pre-opening phase and oversee all operations of a 244-room property. This role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with a strong background in hotels or apartment-hotels, F&B, and Meeting & Events.

What you will do

Oversee all aspects of a 244-room apartment-hotel including F&B
Lead pre-opening phase including team building and operational setup
Manage profit and loss performance and achieve financial targets
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand culture
Build connections with local community and partners
Mentor and develop management team

What you bring

5 to 10 years senior management experience in hospitality
Experience as General Manager or comparable leadership role
Strong operational background in hotels or apartment-hotels
Solid F&B and Meeting & Events experience at senior level
Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset
Available to join before spring 2027 opening

Nice to have

Experience with hotel openings or large-scale operations
