Peddler is looking for a Finance Controller to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and the monthly planning cycle. You will work closely with management and shareholders, contributing to the company's financial strategy and operations.
What you will do
- Lead financial reporting and analysis
- Create and manage budgets
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage payroll and accounts
- Prepare financial reports for management and shareholders
- Execute monthly planning and control cycle
What you bring
- 3 to 4 years of accounting or financial control experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Practical experience with payroll operations and systems
- Proactive, self-starter attitude
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Exact Online or data warehouses
- Public accounting or startup/scale-up background
