About the job

Peddler is looking for a Rider Planner to coordinate courier schedules across multiple cities. You will use operational forecasts to plan shifts and ensure daily targets are met. This role is based in Amsterdam and offers a chance to work in a dynamic startup environment.

What you will do

Coordinate and organize schedules for couriers in multiple cities
Use forecasts from Operations to plan rider shifts
Adjust schedules for rider unavailability
Communicate with HR about rider needs and attendance
Update Rider Controller on rider status and ensure sufficient riders for daily targets
Collaborate with recruitment team to meet scheduling requirements

What you bring

Fluent in English and conversational in Dutch
MBO or similar education level
Available 32 to 40 hours per week

Nice to have

Experience in shift planning or related industry
