Rituals is looking for a Financial Controller Germany to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will oversee financial operations for the German market, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What you will do
- Perform financial month-end procedures
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Handle external audits
- Manage tax compliance (e.g. VAT)
- Analyze P&L and balance sheet variances
- Collaborate with local office staff and advisors
What you bring
- 3 to 5 years experience as financial controller or external auditor
- Excellent written and verbal German communication skills
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship)
- HBO/WO or equivalent degree in accounting or finance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Grounded, approachable personality
