About the job
Radisson Hotel Group in Amsterdam is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead their F&B team across multiple outlets. You will ensure high guest satisfaction and support your team on the floor.
What you will do
- Coordinate and oversee F&B team across outlets
- Maintain high guest service and satisfaction
- Assist team on the floor to meet guest needs
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards
- Prepare meeting rooms according to guest requirements
What you bring
- Experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physical ability to set up and rearrange meeting rooms and event spaces
Nice to have
- Additional language skills
