About the job

Wakuli is looking for a Food & Beverage Product Developer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and improving the food offer and special drinks menu, from sourcing ingredients to creating production-ready specs.

What you will do

Develop and improve food offer and special drinks menu
Find ingredients and suppliers for recipes
Calculate ingredient lists, quantities, and costs
Produce production-ready specs for each launch
Create training for baristas across bars
Hand over products with complete spec sheets

What you bring

4-5 years experience in recipe creation and food development
Creative with strong palate and love of food and drink
Comfortable with recipe costing and scaling
Organized with multiple briefs and timelines
Working knowledge of food safety, HACCP, allergens, and nutritional data
Hands-on in test kitchen and writing specs

Nice to have

Experience scaling recipes across multiple locations
Coffee or Specialty Coffee knowledge
