Unilabs is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead its financial planning and analysis team in Amsterdam. This role is key to improving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes within the healthcare company.

What you will do

Lead and develop the FP&A team of five
Improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Perform variance analysis of profit and loss and cashflow statements
Monitor financial trends, risks, and opportunities
Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and business cases
Improve data quality and financial data governance

What you bring

Master's degree in Finance, Business economics, Accounting or related field
5+ years experience leading FP&A teams
10+ years experience in FP&A, controlling, and financial analysis
Strong financial modelling and analytic skills
Experience with BI/reporting tools and financial planning systems
Fluent in Dutch and English
