Flow Traders, a leading global trading firm, offers a Graduate Trader position in Amsterdam. This role provides a comprehensive 3-month training program to develop skills in trading and financial markets. The successful candidate will join an established trading desk and take on increasing responsibilities.

What you will do

Complete a 3-month training program covering core business, financial products, trading processes, pricing strategies, and proprietary systems
Participate in trading simulations and quantitative classes
Collaborate on a team project to conclude the training program
Join an established trading desk based on skills and interests
Gradually take on responsibilities, monitor markets, and make split-second decisions

What you bring

University degree, preferably in quantitative finance, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, statistics, econometrics or related
Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
Understanding of financial products
Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python, and interest in IT systems
Ability to deliver under pressure with strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative team player
