What you will do

Fix broken items like lighting, air conditioning, or doors
Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas
Conduct inspection rounds and update maintenance records
Collaborate with external technicians and hotel departments
Respond quickly to service requests

What you bring

Experience in technical maintenance or similar hands-on role
Skilled at solving technical problems
Able to work well with a diverse team
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Practical and proactive attitude
Flexible with working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have
