About the job
Hotel De L'Europe B.V. is looking for a recruiter to manage the entire hiring process and strengthen employer branding. You will work closely with the P&C Manager and build connections with hotel schools.
What you will do
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to selection
- Develop employer branding campaigns with the P&C Manager
- Build relationships with hotel schools and attend career events
- Explore new recruitment channels and ensure a five-star candidate experience
- Coordinate the two-day onboarding programme with the P&C team
What you bring
- Experience in recruitment and ability to manage the process independently
- Skilled in sourcing talent and building lasting relationships
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English

- Experience in hospitality
