Expereo is looking for an HR Business Partner for a 6-month maternity cover in Amsterdam. In this role, you will partner with Digital Office leadership to drive transformation and support the shift to a product-centric model. You will use people data and organisational insights to shape people plans and enhance performance.
What you will do
- Partner with Digital Office leadership to enable transformation roadmap
- Support transition to product-centric operating model
- Assess organisational effectiveness and identify simplification opportunities
- Translate business priorities into people plans
- Act as change partner to support leaders in transformation
- Use people data to improve performance and effectiveness
What you bring
- Minimum five years' progressive HR experience, including three years as HR Business Partner
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on transformation and change
- Strong understanding of organisation design and workforce planning
- Experience turning engagement insights into practical initiatives
- Sound knowledge of Dutch employment legislation
- Excellent English communication skills

- Experience supporting technology, digital, or product functions
