Intelic is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will handle a wide range of HR operations, from drafting contracts to supporting employees with policy and benefits queries. You will also play a key part in onboarding and payroll coordination.
What you will do
- Draft contracts and addendums
- Manage HR tickets and maintain HRIS
- Host monthly onboarding sessions
- Handle employee queries on policy, benefits, and local regulations
- Support Ukrainian team with HR queries
- Run payroll checks with finance
What you bring
- Self-starter who spots improvements
- Experience in People Ops or HR Generalist role
- Excitement about HR tech and AI
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tooling
- Energetic, empathetic, and proactive
- Detail-oriented for operational and compliance tasks
