Lightspeedhq is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their Amsterdam team. In this role, you will manage IT equipment, provide technical support to end-users and leadership, and help educate users on best practices.
What you will do
- Manage on/offboarding and IT equipment provision
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records
- Ensure office desks and conferencing rooms are functional
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues with team
- Provide technical support to end-users and leadership
- Educate users on IT best practices and train Level 1 technicians
What you bring
- Associate's degree in IT or related field
- Experience with MDM and ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows
- 1-3 years of IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to have
- Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, TCP, DHCP, IP/Mac addresses)
- General knowledge of SOX compliance
