Kraft Heinz is looking for a Junior Account Manager Superunie to support the commercial team in Amsterdam. In this role, you assist Key Account Managers with administrative and commercial tasks, manage internal communication, and help improve processes.
What you will do
- Support Key Account Managers commercially and administratively
- Handle commercial planning and contact for Boon & Spar
- Manage internal communication on database, sales forecasting, financial administration, demand planning, marketing
- Monitor budgets and handle administrative processes
- Support development of account plans and initiate customer projects
- Improve process efficiency and accuracy
What you bring
- Completed HBO or university degree
- 0–2 years work experience in similar or commercial role
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proactive, independent, able to set priorities
