What you bring
- Master's degree in a quantitative or STEM field
- Relevant practical experience through internships, projects, research, or extracurricular activities
- Hands-on, growth mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English, willingness to travel to client sites
