FeverUp is looking for a Lead Strategic Partner Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of major events in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will be the key link between event organizers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.

What you will do

Manage entire life cycle of big events from contract signing to final closing
Serve as main point of contact between event organizer and internal teams
Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate product and process needs to HQ and prioritize with product team
Create and maintain Q&A for user support team
Ensure all project requirements have necessary documentation

What you bring

Degree qualified
5+ years in project management or consulting
Fluent English and Dutch
Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
Solution-focused with ability to create resolution plans
Highly organized and efficient

Nice to have

Event experience
Additional languages
Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram
Strong academic background
