About the job

Tebi is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will guide restaurants through the onboarding process, from training and implementation to live support during their first month.

What you will do

Run restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement with the restaurant team
Problem-solve for merchants during live operations
Support restaurants for the first month after go-live
Find opportunities for improvement in process, materials and systems
Identify product and process gaps and bring them to internal teams

What you bring

Creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses
Empathetic towards merchants and curious about their business
Can juggle multiple things and bring structure
Curious about the product and wants to become an expert in the Tebi system
Good communication skills with proactive contact and managing expectations
Comfortable with high-pace environments like hospitality and startup day-to-day

Nice to have

At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations
Comfortable working in both English and Dutch
