About the job

As an Operations Management Trainee, you will support daily operations across multiple departments and collaborate with management on strategic topics. You will analyze performance, contribute to improvement projects, and take on Duty Management shifts, all while developing your skills within a leading hotel group.

What you will do

Support daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering
Work with management on operational and strategic topics
Analyze operational performance and identify improvements
Contribute to projects on efficiency, quality, and guest experience
Act as link between operations and management, handle guest feedback
Take Duty Management shifts and support planning and reporting

What you bring

Enrolled in hotel/hospitality management program (HBO level)
Available for minimum 6 months
Strong communication skills in English
Analytical mindset and hands-on attitude
Proactive, structured, eager to learn
Flexible to work shifts including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

Additional languages are a plus
