Leaseweb is looking for a Team Manager to lead their Remote Hands Team in Haarlem. In this role, you will oversee daily technical operations, develop your team, and ensure operational targets are met.
What you will do
- Oversee daily technical operations and optimize processes
- Develop, coach, and mentor team members
- Plan and monitor resources to meet operational standards
- Report on operational targets and KPIs
- Cooperate with other teams to improve operations
- Handle customer escalations and incident reports
What you bring
- 4+ years in datacenter or technical operations management
- Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High attention to detail
