Peddler is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for translating parcel volumes into capacity and resources, ensuring efficient logistics operations.

What you will do

Translate parcel volumes into capacity and resources
Forecast parcel injection by client and geography
Plan rider hours, hub capacity, and mid-mile movements
Develop models and tools for forecasting and planning
Monitor actual volumes against forecasts and adjust plans
Identify bottlenecks and improve resource allocation

What you bring

3+ years in logistics, operations, or similar data-driven role
Strong analytical skills and experience with demand translation
Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, or logistics flows
Comfortable with operational data and turning insights into actions
Structured and quantitative mindset
Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
