About the job
Peddler is looking for a Hub Shift Lead to manage operations at their Almere hub every Saturday. You will be the key link between the hub and headquarters, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What you will do
- Lead communication between hub and headquarters
- Close the hub and ensure it is tidy for next shift
- Support team with onboarding and problem-solving
- Quality and quantity control for irregularities
- Track hours, shifts, and KPIs
- Keep hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers
What you bring
- Available every Saturday from 07:30 to 16:30
- B2-level English
- Eye for quality, safety, and security rules
- Physically fit for walking and lifting
- Discipline, good organizational skills, ability to focus
Nice to have
- Dutch language
- Previous hub or logistics experience
- Relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.)
