What you will do

Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies for monetization opportunities
Design and implement monetization strategies for subscription and ad revenue
Collaborate with design and development teams on monetization features
Create user segmentation frameworks and experimentation hypotheses
Model financial opportunities and outcomes for monetization initiatives
Set up and manage subscriptions and pricing tiers on App Store Connect

What you bring

4+ years experience in mobile app monetization focusing on subscriptions or ad revenue
Understanding of in-app purchase systems, paywall design, pricing models, and subscription lifecycle
Experience with ad monetization platforms and A/B testing tools
Strong analytical skills in cohort analysis, revenue modeling, and performance reporting
Familiarity with App Store Connect, subscription setup, and Apple monetization policies
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional work with product, design, and engineering
