Transferz is looking for a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and drive measurable results. In this role, you will align engineering, operations, and commercial teams while proactively finding and validating opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and make trade-offs explicit
• Understand stakeholder needs and prioritize
• Define and track KPIs
• Align engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Proactively find and validate opportunities
• Turn strategic priorities into measurable results

What you bring

• 2+ years as a Product Manager in tech
• Experience with B2B, platform or marketplace products
• Data-driven: selects metrics and finds data independently
• Technical knowledge: can discuss APIs, data models, trade-offs
• AI fluency: practical use of AI tools
• Fluent English, resides in Netherlands with valid work permit

Nice to have

• Experience in travel, mobility or logistics
• Speaks Dutch or another language
