What you bring

Strong mathematical and algorithmic thinking
Solid understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory
Willingness to dive into strategy details and market microstructure
Desire to improve infrastructure, code, and processes
Ability to write high-quality code in Python 3 and C++

Nice to have

Experience in AI
Familiarity with core machine learning concepts
Willingness to grow in ML direction
