Hotel De L'Europe B.V. is looking for a recruiter to manage the entire hiring process and strengthen employer branding. You will work closely with the P&C Manager and build connections with hotel schools.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to selection
• Develop employer branding campaigns with the P&C Manager
• Build relationships with hotel schools and attend career events
• Explore new recruitment channels and ensure a five-star candidate experience
• Coordinate the two-day onboarding programme with the P&C team

• Experience in recruitment and ability to manage the process independently
• Skilled in sourcing talent and building lasting relationships
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
