Cleanglobestaffing is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on the German-speaking renewable energy market. You will be based in their Amsterdam office and work on building a new business segment from the ground up.
What you will do
- Building a new business segment
- Market analysis in energy, biofuels, carbon, data, and analytics
- 360-degree headhunting from sourcing to placement
- New business development to build the client portfolio
- Proactive client consulting and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
- Guiding candidates through the application process
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 1 or more years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Sales mentality
- Residence in the Amsterdam area
