About the job
Cleanglobestaffing is looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and run their own business within the company. Based in a beautiful office on Herengracht in Amsterdam, you will focus on 360 headhunting and new business development in the renewable energy sector.
What you will do
- Build and run own business within CGS
- 360 headhunting from sourcing to placement
- New business development to create personal client portfolio
- Proactively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
- Negotiate terms, SLA's and RPO's
- Guide candidates through application process
What you bring
- Bachelor or Master's degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment or executive search
- Commercial and result driven mindset
- Dedicated to career in executive search in renewable energy
- Excellent English communication skills
- Living in Amsterdam area
Nice to have
- Knowledge of a second language
