Peddler is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations across its active cities. You will work closely with Hub Managers to ensure consistent performance and lead operational initiatives. This role is based onsite in Amsterdam.

What you will do

Oversee daily delivery operations across active cities
Work with Hub Managers to ensure consistent performance
Lead operational initiatives and serve as contact for hub topics
Implement and improve standardized processes for efficiency and cost control
Identify operational gaps and lead improvement initiatives
Monitor operational KPIs and analyze performance data

What you bring

2+ years experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain
Track record of managing daily operations across multiple locations
Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving
Understanding of field operations and process improvement
Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

Dutch language skills
