What you will do

Implement human rights, deforestation-free, and animal welfare sourcing strategy aligned with global regulations
Define and evolve livelihoods strategy with impact measurement and living wage focus
Partner cross-functionally to embed human rights and livelihoods into business decisions
Support zone sustainability teams with risk mitigation and human rights action plans
Collaborate with suppliers to implement traceability systems for high-risk commodities
Develop reporting processes to track progress against KPIs and deforestation-free commitments

What you bring

7+ years experience in program management, innovation, or sustainability consulting roles
Ability to provide solutions for due diligence, risk prevention, and remediation
Strong program management and senior stakeholder management skills
Collaboration with procurement teams to integrate responsible sourcing principles
Knowledge of FMCG and procurement corporate sustainability and agricultural supply chains
Familiarity with ESG reporting, NGO landscape, and global legislative landscape
