About the job
As a Manager in Restructuring at EIGHT ADVISORY, you'll lead complex turnaround projects for clients, guiding them from initial diagnostics through to the implementation of new strategies. You will be a key advisor in high-stakes financial situations, working with a team of specialists in Amsterdam.
What you will do
- Lead restructuring projects from diagnostics to implementation of turnaround strategies
- Oversee preparation and validation of financial and operational analyses, including liquidity forecasts and financial models
- Advise in negotiations with creditors, investors, and shareholders
- Develop and present restructuring options to clients
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and mentorship
- Drive business development and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
What you bring
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution
- More than 4 years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance, transaction services, or financial advisory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in Dutch and English
