GRESB is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to senior sales leadership and drive key go-to-market activities.
What you will do
- Act as business partner to senior sales leadership
- Lead annual sales planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling
- Own sales forecasting models and improve accuracy with analytics and AI
- Align go-to-market activities across sales, finance, marketing, product
- Run structured operating cadence of forecast calls and business reviews
- Lead transformation of sales data quality and implement AI and automation
What you bring
- 10+ years experience in sales operations, finance operations, or similar
- Outstanding organizational and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional global experience
- Proficiency in sales CRM, revenue management, data analytics, visualization tools
- Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven track record improving sales performance through data, process, automation
Nice to have
- Strong experience with Salesforce administration and integration
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and planning models
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Gong, BigDough, Zoominfo
- Experience implementing AI or advanced analytics in commercial environment
