Xebia is looking for a Senior AI Strategy Consultant to help clients create and execute Data & AI strategies. You will work with leadership to secure alignment and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

Co-create Data & AI strategies with client leadership
Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and tech stakeholders
Translate strategy into roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors
Ensure governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability are embedded in delivery
Act as trusted advisor focused on outcomes
Work with scientists, engineers, and consultants to anchor delivery in strategy

What you bring

Professionally proficient in both English and Dutch
Passionate about creating business impact with Data & AI
Able to align executive stakeholders across complex transformations
Comfortable facilitating workshops and guiding decision-making
Solid understanding of data architecture, data management, and operating models
Skilled in storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

Experience overseeing delivery or guiding execution of strategic initiatives
