Rituals is looking for a Senior Business Controller to act as a finance business partner for its HR, Tech & Data, and Head Office departments. In this role, you will lead the Plan & Control cycle and analyze OPEX and CAPEX data to identify trends and cost efficiency opportunities.
What you will do
- Act as finance business partner for HR, Tech & Data and Head Office departments
- Lead Plan & Control cycle including planning, reporting, and business cases
- Analyze OPEX and CAPEX data to identify trends and cost efficiency opportunities
- Develop cost control standards and procedures for Head Office departments
- Create insights on FTE, vacancies, and HR KPIs with HR analytical team
- Use advanced analytics and AI to improve forecasting and decision quality
What you bring
- Master's degree in Business Economics or related field
- 7-10 years experience in business control or comparable role
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Strong English skills
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or fast-paced international environment
