Kraft Heinz is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Amsterdam region. You will take full ownership of the P&L and drive sales targets while managing distributor relationships.

What you will do

Own P&L for the region and deliver annual sales target
Develop market and product knowledge to identify growth opportunities
Manage distributor relationships and improve distributor management
Partner with marketing, S&OP, and finance teams
Define and close Joint Business Plan for the following year
Define growth plans for the next 1-3 years

What you bring

10+ years of experience in Modern Trade or Distributor Management
Excellent leadership skills with drive for results
Strong financial competence including P&L ownership
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
Passionate about growth with a growth mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
