About the job

As a Senior Consultant at Sia, you will help clients rethink their finance organizations and build strong foundations for financial controllership. You will work on improving financial processes and contribute to the development of Sia's own offerings, all within a hybrid work environment based in Amsterdam.

What you will do

Rethink clients' finance organization
Build foundations for business and financial controllership
Regain control over financial impact of business processes
Improve closing, consolidation, plans, budgets, forecasts
Contribute to internal offer development and business development

What you bring

Master's degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics
3-6 years relevant working experience
Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation, reporting, and finance process optimization
Analytical mind, able to synthesize conclusions
Strong interest in data and AI topics, quick to build expertise
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
