Sia, an international consultancy, is looking for a Transformation Management (Associate) Manager to lead complex change initiatives in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will guide clients through transformation projects, from strategy to execution, while building strong relationships and supporting business growth.

What you will do

Lead complex transformation projects from scoping to execution
Develop change strategies and governance frameworks
Design stakeholder engagement and impact assessments
Coach client-side change agents
Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality
Build client relationships and support business development

What you bring

1-5 years of professional experience, at least 3 in management consulting or in-house transformation
Track record in change management in complex environments
Experience in financial services
Master's degree in relevant field
Knowledge of change management frameworks
Proficiency in project management methodologies

Nice to have

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
Dutch language skills
