Sia is looking for a Senior Consultant Financial Services to lead transformation projects in Amsterdam. You will work with clients in the financial sector to solve complex problems and drive change.

What you will do

Execute transformation projects at clients
Perform complex analyses and identify issues
Create solutions and action plans
Manage methodological concepts and tools
Identify commercial opportunities
Guide and train other consultants

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
At least 3 years of consulting experience in financial services
Dutch and English speaker with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of financial sector products, trends, and processes
Ability to process information and solve complex problems
Interest in data and AI topics

Nice to have

French language skills
